easter bunnies

dear easter bunny,

i am still thinking about how you came last week,
and how magical easter was for some reason this year.

now in my top three holidays i think.

why?
because we are with family,
we still eat,
have some fun gimmicky thing with eggs,
and we get together
because of the savior.

i loved every minute of this beautiful day
and soaked in every word of truth that was spoken.

thanks for making this a memorable one for me.

elle loved easter so much she wanted to eat it.

then she was ticked when she realized we were going to eat chicken.
cooked.

kenna enjoyed the vitamin D...

and so did the grown ups...

the easter bunny did something fun for the adults that might need to be a tradition...[cough]
he left notes with clues on them of where to find a larger wrapped gift in the house somewhere.

i take so many of my [not] kids already...

the Lord is good to me.
i am so glad to know that He lives and loves me.
my family is proof of that.

kenna dance

one day we watched kenna bug,
put her hair in pigtails,
and played a ukulele.



no one taught her those moves.
maybe she's born with it.

my little valentines

i have to say i think this is the way to go.
after picking up my valentines from their house, i ask one of them what today is. the reply: "today isn't a real day. it is not monday, tuesday, wednesday, or friday..." (me: I know- it's thursday)
what is it then? "A HOLIDAY!"

and for this holiday i:
took a road trip
ate lots and lots of fries and chicken fingers
(which included Red Robin, spilling drinks, falling out of chairs, cute staring couples...)
cuddled and watched "high school musical"
had bath time,
singing time,
nap time,
snack time,
and lots of play time...

i am going to go out on a limb and say that v-day should always be spent with cute little people that remind me why we love at all...

oh- and enjoy listening to "sweet pea" a new fav i found (playlist) so cute

dear support group...

i have an addiction. i sometimes just need my fix and if it has been too long i think i start to go crazy and dramatic and everything in my life starts to make me feel inadequate and less than myself. i find that i get stressed easier, people bug me sooner than they usually will, and i sit back and let things happen that i maybe could fix myself and don't.
i will say that i survived (barely) from christmas until now without it, but last night was the breaking point. i just called my brother and said i am comin. i needed some good ole family and some cute little girls who love to live with me and play with me and in whose eyes i seem to do no wrong.
so sue me, i would do anything for them... especially if it means suffer through cute movies and play dolls all day. even if it means catching strep throat at this point... thanks RPM3s—and have fun in Panama!
i might kidnap your children while you are gone...
i looked it up and the jail time in utah is minimal...
